By booking or requesting recovery services from Ozzy’s Breakdown Recovery, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Our standard recovery quote includes:
A call-out/payment must be paid upfront before dispatching recovery services.
Call-out fees are non-refundable once the driver has been dispatched.
Additional charges may apply where vehicles require:
If specialist equipment or additional work is required after arrival on scene, the customer must approve the additional charges before work continues.
If additional payment is refused, the recovery may be cancelled and the original call-out payment remains non-refundable.
Customers must provide accurate details when requesting recovery services including:
Failure to provide correct information may result in increased charges once the vehicle has been assessed on scene.
If the vehicle and recovery conditions are exactly as described during booking, the customer will not pay any additional charges beyond the agreed quoted price.
We believe in fair, honest and transparent pricing with no hidden fees for standard recoveries.
Estimated arrival times are provided in good faith but may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, accidents or emergency situations.
Arrival times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Payment must be completed before or immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop recovery services where safety concerns or abusive behaviour arise.

We do not sell, rent or share customer information with third-party companies for marketing purposes.
Customer data is used strictly for work and operational purposes only.
For security, training and advertising purposes, some recovery jobs may be photographed or recorded for use on our website and social media platforms.
If you do not wish for your recovery, vehicle or personal appearance to be recorded or shared, please let us know before or during the recovery service and we will respect your request wherever reasonably possible.
We do not intentionally publish sensitive personal information alongside media content.
Customer information is stored securely and only retained for as long as necessary for operational, legal or business purposes.
We take reasonable steps to protect customer information from unauthorised access or misuse.
